This policy covers the familyreflections.app website. The Family Reflections iPhone app is covered by its own policy, published when the app launches.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us and the date you gave it. That is the only personal information this website collects.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. Our analytics record page views and country without cookies and without identifying you.

What we do with it

We use your email address for exactly one thing: to tell you once, when Family Reflections is available. We do not send newsletters, marketing sequences, or anything else.

We never sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the launch email has been sent and you have not joined — whichever comes first. Write to us and we will remove it the same way.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@familyreflections.app and a person will answer.

If you are in the EU or UK, these rights come from the GDPR. If you are in Japan, they come from the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We honour them regardless of where you are.

Who processes your data

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Waitlist addresses are stored with Supabase, and the launch email is sent through Resend. Each of these handles data on our instructions only.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
